Brasa Grill Steakhouse: Cleveland's First Churrascaria

The Brasa Grill Steakhouse is said to be Cleveland's first Churrascaria, but what the hell is a Churrascaria?

A Churrascaria, the owners of Brasa say, is "is a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio is a method of serving the different cuts of meat that originated in Southern Brazil in the 1800's.

The concept is to serve patrons a wide variety of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, etc. in sucession to each diner individually right at your table."

All I can says is that my mouth is watering over the idea of a meal at Brasa Grill Steakhouse.

Brasa Grill Steakhouse is located at 1300 West 9th Street in the heart of downtown Cleveland's WareHouse District.
